To win the award, a selection of Thinc customers were interviewed by SAP and asked to share their experience of their SAP B1 implementation and the support they received from their chosen partner. The SAP Indirect Customer Loyalty survey provides an important and valuable insight into real customer experiences of working with their chosen SAP partner. SAP understands that to deliver on the evolving needs of businesses, partners need to apply a dedicated approach that involves, listening, understanding, applying knowledge and expertise to implement the best possible solution.
