No. Your system stays live throughout. We’ll work with you to plan any changes around your reporting cycles and processes, so operations continue as normal.

From there, we’ll recommend the most sensible next step, which may simply be advice on how you can improve things yourself. There’s no obligation to proceed with us after this – each step is optional. The purpose of the initial conversations is clarity, not commitment.
